Only for diagnostic visits. If you're calling because something isn't working, we charge a $195 diagnostic, which covers the first hour. If you move forward with a repair or replacement during the same visit, that $195 is applied toward the work—you're not paying it on top. For standard replacement appointments booked upfront, there is no separate service call fee.
